Just Married: Aaron and Janelle Hildreth

April 16th, 2008 | 10 Comments | Posted in My Life, My Videos

Hello Family and Friends!

First of all, my most heartfelt congratulations to both Aaron and Janelle on their wonderful marriage together.  I only wish the very best for you both!

They were sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple for time and all eternity by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Friday, April 11. Both Heather and I were a witness to the occasion and experienced a room filled with so much love that there is no doubt that these two weren’t meant for each other. Shortly after the sealing, the couple came through the door to be greeted by all where a lot of pictures were taken  (if you have a picture of them coming out of the doors, please send it my way!  I missed this part and want to add it to the video!). Then it was off to lunch at The Olive Garden where toasts were given and both the families were given a chance to meet each other. A while after lunch, the reception was held in Bountiful, UT where everybody mingled, ate, and danced. Overall, it was a great wedding and Heather and I were glad that we were able to make it. We wouldn’t have missed it for the world!

Enough already! Let’s get to the video. Enjoy!

The Linux Release Schedule Calendar

April 8th, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in Computers/Tech, Fedora Linux, Linux, Ubuntu Linux

I have created a calendar which makes it easy to visually track the release dates of the most anticipated FOSS in the Linux community.  Below, is that calendar.  I update this calendar when I happen across an active roadmap for just about any major FOSS project that gets me excited.  So, if you know of a project that is not listed on this calendar, please let me know in the comments so that I can update the calendar accordingly.  Bookmark this page and use it as a reference to track important release dates of Linux projects.  I will try to keep it as up-to-date as possible.  Also, if there is anybody willing to participate and contribute, please leave a comment stating your ambition to help and I’ll add the privileges.

Qeirstyn’s Playing Peek-a-Boo!

April 6th, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in My Life, My Videos

Hello Family and Friends!

Heather and I discovered that Qeirstyn was hiding herself behind a blanket and then pushing it back down to the floor.  We immediately figured out that she wanted to play some Peek-a-Boo!  So, we grabbed the camera and started to play… enjoy!

HD Video: A Qeirstyn Evening

April 6th, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in My Life

Hello Family and Friends!

Last week, I presented the first HD video of Qeirstyn in the morning.  Now, I would like to share a little bit of her evening.  It’s a decently long video (7 minutes), so that could be awesome or ho-hum depending on your point of view.  It’s divided into the three different ’stages’ of her nighttime routine:  1.) Dinner, 2.) walk time, and 3.) bath time.  I trimmed out a lot of the video (because otherwise, it would’ve been about 20 minutes long!).  So, enjoy!
