I know that I was able to install the wireless and video drivers through RPMFusion two days ago, but then I applied some updates and *ka-poof*, no more Fedora. I'm still suffering through F10 on my aluminum Macbook - nothing really matters from a usability standpoint except the touchpad. I'm betting that within a few days of the release, RPMFusion will have wireless and graphics card packages that will Just Work (TM?); that's been my experience with past Fedora releases.
